1. Copy the contents of the DECiBEL folder to the %ProgramData%\East West\ directory
2. Launch the sampler, open the Browser > Libraries tab
3. In the first column, right-click, in the menu that appears, select Add Another Product Library and add the library
4. In the window that appears, specify the path to the library
